In 2024, Eastern Union successfully closed loans with a total of 121 lenders despite the challenge of high interest rates in the market. The Brooklyn-based brokerage also expanded its reach and loan offerings, completing transactions in 33 states and covering a diverse range of property types.
According to Abe Bergman, president and co-founder of Eastern Union, their team works tirelessly to build strong relationships with commercial lenders across the board. This allows them to carefully match each mortgage opportunity with the most suitable lender.
One notable achievement for Eastern Union was securing $72 million in construction financing for a luxury condominium project in Long Island City through VP Chaim Greenfeld’s efforts.
