"120 Wall St. Welcomes New Location for German American Chamber of Commerce"

Silverstein Properties and the German American Chamber of Commerce in New York (GACC NY) have reached an agreement for GACC NY to relocate to 120 Wall St., a modernized office tower owned by Silverstein. The new space will be approximately 11,465 square feet and will serve as a relocation from their current location at 80 Pine St., which is expected to undergo a conversion into residential units.

Harlan Strader, Vice President of commercial leasing at Silverstein, expressed excitement about the partnership with GACC NY. He also credited the success of reaching full occupancy at 120 Wall St. to Silverstein’s excellent management, their Inspire amenity program, and their collaboration with New York State in providing affordable and high-quality spaces for nonprofit organizations.

Strader represented Silverstein Properties internally while Evan Margolin (Vice Chairman) and Scott Ansel (Managing Director) from JLL represented GACC NY in this relocation deal.

The announcement was originally published on Connect CRE.
