CBRE facilitated the sale of Woburn Plaza, a 31,994-square-foot shopping center situated at 299 Mishawum Rd. in Woburn, MA. The property was purchased by Chestnut Realty Management for $11.2 million from Linear Retail Properties.
The marketing campaign for the shopping center was led by CBRE’s National Retail Partners team consisting of Nat Heald, Kyle Juszczyszyn, Connor Scott and Jordana Roet who also represented the seller during negotiations.
According to Heald: “Small shop retail centers have become highly sought-after within the retail market and Woburn Plaza is no exception.” Its convenient size and prime location just 10 miles from downtown Boston garnered significant interest from potential buyers making it an exciting transaction to be a part of.
Woburn Plaza is conveniently located next to Interstate-95 and currently houses West Marine, Eastern Bank and Mattress Firm among its tenants.
