Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of 3925 Georgia St., a five-unit apartment property located in the Hillcrest neighborhood of San Diego. The asset sold for $2,100,000. Connor Stolle, Carson Trujillo, Austin Huffman and Chris Zorbas – multifamily investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s San Diego office – successfully marketed the property on behalf of an individual/personal trust who was conducting a 1031 exchange. Hillcrest Equity Partners LLC was also procured by Stolle, Trujillo, Huffman and Zorbas as part of this transaction. According to Trujillo multiple competing offers were received which drove up sales price beyond list value.

3925 Georgia Street consists of five large two-bedroom/two-bath units that have been well maintained in their original condition offering significant rental upside potential according to Marcus & Millichap’s analysis
