JLL Capital Markets recently closed the sale of The Row on Harbor, a 23,314-square-foot retail strip center located in La Habra. A JLL team led by senior director Daniel Tyner and managing directors Gleb Lvovich and Geoff Tranchina worked with the seller DMI Real Estate Group to facilitate a 1031 all-cash transaction for an undisclosed sum.
The Row on Harbor underwent renovations in 2020 and is now 100% leased to 14 tenants offering food services as well as other services popular among local community members. Notable tenants include EggBred, AkaFuji, Furai Chicken, Bodhi Leaf Coffee Traders, Code Ninjas and Club Pilates.
Commenting on the deal Tyner said: “It is very rare that high quality strip centers in Orange County come to market; we are pleased with our work alongside the seller and look forward to watching this property perform at a high level for years ahead.”
