1031 Exchange: Anaheim Apartments Sold to Private Buyer

CBRE facilitated the sale of a 12-unit multifamily property located at 921-927 S. Trident St. in Anaheim to a private investor in a 1031 exchange for $4.25 million, representing $354,166 per unit and $324 per square foot. Executive Vice President Dan Blackwell and Senior Associate Andrew Boukather represented the seller – an Orange County-based private real estate investor – while Blackwell, Boukather, and Vice President Sean Farag represented the Orange County-based exchange buyer.

Blackwell commented that “six competitive offers were generated as a result of our marketing efforts” due to its prime location near Euclid Street and Ball Road in Anaheim with significant upside potential within the strong rental market with limited inventory available on hand.
