Hines, a leading real estate firm, has recently completed renovations to 101 California, a prestigious 48-story office tower located in San Francisco’s Financial District. The extensive improvements include a redesigned outdoor plaza and lobbies as well as new amenities for tenants.
According to George Clever, senior managing director and city head of Hines’ San Francisco office, the goal of the plaza redesign was to revitalize this iconic community space and create an inviting atmosphere for both tenants and visitors. He also emphasized the importance of fostering connections among people within this vibrant urban setting.
At the re-opening ceremony for 101 California, San Francisco Mayor London Breed (pictured) delivered remarks on behalf of her city’s support for these renovations. The project was led by renowned architecture firm Bohlin Cywinski Jackson.
