"100% Occupancy Achieved at Charlotte's Lower Tuck"

The investment in the Lower Tuck development has proven to be successful. Third & Urban, a leading real estate firm, invested $140 million to transform six industrial buildings into a 390,000-square-foot retail and office complex.

Recently, two new leases have been signed at the Lower Tuck development in FreeMoreWest. Global manufacturing company Positec relocated its global headquarters to a 27,000-square-foot space on Jay St., while an international disaster relief organization leased 28,000 square feet across two floors for their operations. The upfit for this lease cost $2.8 million and includes various amenities such as conference rooms, private offices, collaborative areas and more.

Construction on the third phase of this project began last summer and is expected to be completed by mid-2024. Swinerton Construction Company from California was responsible for completing previous phases of construction.

As reported by Charlotte Business Journal , all available spaces at 929 Jay St are now occupied with tenants including Mason Interactive and Interior Elements.
