"100-Acre Hutto Mixed-Use Project Attracts Attention of Conroe Builder"

Fidelis, a developer based in Conroe, is seeking to reach an agreement with the City of Hutto and a local municipal utilities district for a large mixed-use project situated between SH 130 and Chris Kelly Boulevard. The proposed development, known as Huggins Crossing, will feature 600 multi-family residential units along with expanded brushy creek trailways and greenbelt areas. Additionally, there will be approximately 60,000 square feet of restaurant and retail space including a grocery store. Plans also include the possibility of either a hotel or medical facility.
