"10-Year Lease Extension Signed with Biomedical Tenant by Drawbridge Realty"

Beckman Coulter, Inc., a leading developer and manufacturer of biomedical testing products, has extended their lease at 170 Rose Orchard Way in San Jose for an additional 10 years. The property is owned by Drawbridge Realty and consists of five buildings totaling 315,000 square feet.

“We are thrilled to have Beckman Coulter continue their important work in diagnostics and life science at our Rose Orchard campus,” said Mike Embree, managing director and SVP of Drawbridge Realty. “This lease extension ensures that our property will maintain full occupancy for the next decade.”

Drawbridge Realty acquired the campus in 2019 and it has been fully leased since June 2023 when NXP signed a long-term lease for one of the buildings totaling over 40,000 square feet.

CBRE represented Beckman Coulter in negotiations while Cushman & Wakefield represented Drawbridge Realty.
