Marx Realty has secured new tenants for its property, 10 Grand Central in Midtown Manhattan. Real estate investment management firm Hillcrest Finance and investment bank Peel Hunt have both signed leases at the building through Marx Realty’s pre-built program.
Hillcrest Finance will occupy a 3,200-square-foot space on the ninth floor for five years, while Peel Hunt will take up a 3,000-square-foot space on the sixteenth floor for six years. Both firms will move into fully furnished suites as part of MarxReady’s pre-built program.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Pierce Hance represented Hillcrest Finance in their lease agreement and JLL’s Scott Ansel represented Peel Hunt. JLL’s Mitchell Konsker, Carlee Palmer, Simon Landmann and Thomas Schwartz led a team handling leasing for Marx Realty.
Craig Deitelzweig, president and CEO of Marx Realty stated that these new leases further demonstrate the value of their pre-built series at 10 Grand Central and highlight the unique blend of hospitality-infused design at this property. He also mentioned that these turnkey spaces are thoughtfully crafted to provide modern office solutions to tenants.
