Marx Realty, a property management company based in New York, has announced its plans to create an 11,000-square-foot amenity suite on the 11th floor of their building at 10 Grand Central. This space, called The Meeting Galleries, will consist of four unique and bookable areas that can be used for various purposes such as board meetings, corporate retreats, parties and more.
According to Craig Deitelzweig, president and CEO of Marx Realty: “This new space will offer a one-of-a-kind experience that is not currently available in other office buildings. We have already received reservation requests from tenants who are excited about this addition.” He also added that the company always strives to exceed their tenants’ expectations by anticipating their needs.
The design of The Meeting Galleries pays tribute to the nearby Grand Central Terminal with elements inspired by luxury train travel during the Beaux Arts era. Each area will feature realistic details and layers of warmth and sophistication. The four spaces included are: The Grand Gallery which is reminiscent of a grand hall; The Bar Car which offers a cozy atmosphere for socializing; The Podcast Gallery designed specifically for podcast production; and lastly the Screening Gallery perfect for presentations or movie screenings.
Overall these new meeting spaces aim to provide tenants with an unparalleled experience while incorporating elements from New York’s rich history into modern office amenities.
