Colliers recently announced the successful sale of Mitchell Industrial Park, a 10-building industrial portfolio located in Cudahy, Wisconsin. The total size of the portfolio is 879,704 square feet and it boasts an impressive occupancy rate of 99%, with leases from 22 tenants including well-known companies like DHL, National Packaging Services, Menasha Packaging and Fastenal.
The seller was represented by Colliers’ affiliate Oak Realty Group Inc., while the buyer was a joint venture between DRA Advisors and Capital Partners. This transaction marks not only the largest industrial sale in Wisconsin this year but also one that sets records for both size and value.
The buildings within this portfolio were built over several decades and range in size from 24,000 to 212,000 square feet. They are strategically located on Milwaukee Mitchell International Airport’s southeast corner which offers excellent accessibility for tenants as well as above-market tenant retention rates.
