**1M-SF Wynwood Plaza Debuts in Miami**
L&L Holding Company and Oak Row Equities, in partnership with Shorenstein Investment Advisers and co-investor Claure Group, have officially opened Wynwood Plaza in Miami. The development is located at 95 NW 29th Street in the heart of the Wynwood district.
The one-million-square-foot urban campus features a Class AAA office tower and a luxury apartment community as its central anchors. The development also includes a diverse mix of shops and restaurants that form the vibrant core of the property.
Wynwood Plaza’s 12-story office tower has already leased more than half of its 266,000 square feet, with Amazon serving as the anchor tenant. The tower offers modern amenities including a dedicated fitness club, golf simulator, and conference meeting spaces. A landscaped rooftop provides shaded areas and versatile seating for tenants and visitors.
Residential offerings at Wynwood Plaza feature 509 rental units, ranging from studio layouts to two-bedroom apartments. The interconnected rooftops of the residential buildings include basketball and pickleball courts, a second fitness club, a lap pool, a swimming pool, hot tub, and a cold plunge. Residents can also access a co-working lounge with rentable private offices and a spacious conference room. Additional on-site amenities include a café and game area, all connected to a large, landscaped garden.
