**Wynwood Plaza Officially Opens in Miami**
L&L Holding Company and Oak Row Equities, in partnership with Shorenstein Investment Advisers and co-investor Claure Group, have officially opened Wynwood Plaza at 95 NW 29th Street in Miami.
The one-million-square-foot mixed-use development features a luxury apartment community and a Class AAA office tower as its anchors, complemented by a vibrant mix of shops and restaurants at its core.
More than half of the 266,000-square-foot office tower has already been leased, with Amazon as a key tenant. The development includes a dedicated amenity hub featuring a fitness club, golf simulator, and conference rooms. The 12-story tower’s rooftop is fully landscaped and offers shaded areas with a variety of seating options.
Wynwood Plaza also includes 509 rental apartments, ranging from studios to two-bedroom units. Residents have access to interconnected rooftops featuring basketball and pickleball courts, a fitness club, lap and swimming pools, a hot tub, and a cold plunge. Additional amenities include a co-working lounge with rentable private offices and a large conference room, a café, game area, and a spacious landscaped garden.
Moss Construction served as the general contractor for the project.
