TRIO Commercial Property Group has been chosen to manage and lease a 1.8-million-square-foot industrial portfolio in Louisville, Kentucky. The portfolio, owned by Weston, Inc., includes five prominent properties with a mix of industrial, office and flex space.
With this new assignment from Weston, TRIO now oversees the management and leasing of over three million square feet in Kentucky and Indiana. To support this growth, TRIO has expanded its industrial team by adding three experienced professionals: Dalton Dreisbach (SIOR), Adrianne Gaytos (CCIM), and Dexter Outlaw (MAI). Together with Justin Baker (SIOR), Becky Norton, Seth Edens(SIOR) they will lead the management efforts for TRIO’s rapidly expanding industrial portfolio.
